Developed, tested, and deployed a digital payment & financial education chatbot communication tool to serve 6k participants in the United Nations Capital Development Fund’s JSF beneficiaries in the Gambia, Africa.

Field Research & Design.

 

  • Conducted field research to understand C4W participants’ financial and technological attitudes/needs/behaviors

  • Systems research, conversations with program & payment administrators, and key stakeholders

  • Explored and tested integration possibilities for UNCDF’s existing financial education app

  • Defined KPIs and measurement strategy

  • Designed a range of notification and educational messages for feedback
